A butchered roe deer usually includes:
2 haunches (shanks and pelvic bones removed)
1 pack of rump steaks (2 steaks per pack)
1 pack of tender loin steaks (2 steaks per pack)
4 packs of strip loin steaks (2 steaks per pack)
6 packs of mince (good quality meat, mainly from the shoulders)
NB: Price depends on butchered weight.
